Joint Monitoring Programme
The WHO/UNICEF Joint Monitoring Programme (JMP) for Water Supply, Sanitation and Hygiene (JMP) reports country, regional and global estimates of progress on drinking water, sanitation and hygiene (WASH).
The Brief
Telltale partnered up with Agile Collective, a digital agency to help the JMP understand who their users are, identify user needs and pin point where the top pain points are on their platform.
How are different users using the website and how can we improve their experiences?
Our Solution
A mixed method approach was adopted:
1. A quantitative survey was conducted to identify who was using the platform and why they were coming to the website.
2. Remote interviews with user testing were carried out with 11 existing JMP users from a variety of organisations. The interviews covered market and value positioning, and the user experience related to UX and content design.
The Result
A combined quant and qual report with illustrative video recordings was presented to the team – with a comprehensive view on user personas, market positioning and the user’s experience of the UX and content design.
